On a beautiful day of winter
As she stands near the beach
Short waves touches her feet
And kisses away all her pain
Of being away from him
Where Far across the distance
Sky touches the blue ocean
Just like she feels in deep
Touch of his love and affection
And all his sweet memories
Makes her to smile again
Knowing of all the problems
And a long way to go
But with every passing wave
Her heart beats for him only
She looks at the ocean
In the hope of coming back
Sooner someday with him again
